1. Program Overview

Approved partners earn a flat 15% on every referred sale. You send qualified traffic; we handle fulfillment, support, and payouts.

2. How It Works

Step 1 — Apply and get approved

Submit a short application telling us who your audience is and where you publish. Every application is reviewed by a person, usually within two business days.

Step 2 — Receive your tracking link

On approval you receive a unique tracking link and dashboard login. Share the link anywhere your audience already is — blog posts, newsletters, video descriptions, podcasts, X, or private communities.

Step 3 — Drive qualified traffic

Send researchers to the catalog. Third-party COAs, 99%+ purity documentation, and a conversion-optimised storefront do the work from there.

Step 4 — Get paid weekly

Clicks and conversions post to your dashboard in real time. Once your balance clears $250, payment goes out on the next weekly run.

3. Commission Structure

Commission is a flat 15% from your first conversion. There are no tiers to unlock, no monthly quotas, and no ceiling on earnings.

What commission is calculated on

• The net product subtotal of a referred order
• Excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and payment-processing fees
• Excluding any discount or store-credit amount applied at checkout

When commission is not earned

• Orders that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled
• Orders placed through your own link on your own account (self-referrals)
• Orders where eligibility verification fails and the order is voided

Commission on a referred order is held as pending until the order ships and the return window closes, at which point it becomes approved and counts toward your payout balance.

4. Payouts & Payment Methods

Payouts run weekly. Any approved balance of $250 or more at the time of the run is paid out in full.

• Balances under $250 roll over automatically to the following week
• Supported payment methods: PayPal, Wise, ACH bank transfer, and USDT
• You select your preferred method inside your partner dashboard
• Partners are responsible for their own tax reporting in their jurisdiction

Where required by law, we may request tax documentation before releasing a payout. If a referred order is refunded or charged back after commission has been paid, the amount is deducted from your next balance.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked by a cookie set the moment a visitor clicks your unique link.

• Cookie window: 60 days from the first click
• Any purchase made within that window is credited to you, including repeat visits
• If a visitor clicks more than one partner link, the last click before purchase receives credit
• Cookies cleared by the visitor, or purchases made on a separate device where they have not signed in, cannot be attributed

Attribution is handled entirely by our tracking system. We do not manually reassign credit on request.

Every approved partner gets a real-time dashboard from day one. No monthly reports, no manual exports, no waiting to find out how you performed.

• Clicks, conversions, and conversion rate, updated live
• Pending, approved, and paid commission balances
• Refunds and reversals shown transparently
• Payout history and next scheduled payment date
• Your tracking links, plus approved creative assets and product imagery

7. Who Can Join

The program is reviewed rather than open, so that partners are properly supported and the brand is represented accurately.

Requirements

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You have an audience, platform, or professional network relevant to laboratory research
• Your content complies with the advertising policies of the platforms you publish on
• You agree to present all products strictly as research-use-only materials

• Laboratory and industry professionals with a relevant following
• Community operators and moderators in research-adjacent spaces

8. Promotional Guidelines

How you promote matters as much as how much you promote. All partner content must follow these rules.

You must

• Describe all products as for laboratory and scientific research use only
• Disclose your partner relationship clearly wherever required by law or platform policy
• Use accurate product names, specifications, and pricing
• Direct traffic only to approved Vyon Bio Labs pages

You must not

• Describe products as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or foods
• Suggest, imply, or depict human or animal consumption
• Make any therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, curative, or dosing claim
• Provide protocols, dosing guidance, or administration instructions of any kind
• Publish before-and-after imagery or personal-result testimonials

Content that breaches these rules puts both parties at risk and is grounds for removal from the program.

9. Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following methods are not permitted and will result in withheld commission and removal from the program:

• Bidding on our brand name or trademark variations in paid search
• Unsolicited email or SMS, or any form of spam
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, or any artificial click generation
• Coupon, deal, or discount sites that were not approved in advance
• Websites or accounts impersonating Vyon Bio Labs or implying official ownership
• Self-referrals, or referrals coordinated with the purchaser to obtain the discount
• Promotion on sites containing illegal, hateful, or adult content

10. Approval, Suspension & Termination

• Applications are reviewed individually and may be declined at our discretion
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed
• We may suspend an account while investigating suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activity
• Commission generated through prohibited methods is forfeited
• Either party may end the partnership at any time, with written notice

If the partnership ends, any approved commission already earned in good standing will be paid on the next scheduled payout run once the $250 minimum is met.
